5. Staff and cleaner training records

If you are a Star Cleaner Australia staff member or cleaner, your course enrolments, progress, quiz results and certificates may be accessed by our management team. We use this information to manage training, confirm that required courses are completed, and support quality and safety standards across our services.

We will only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

7. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run our business, including:

Thinkific (course hosting platform)
Payment processors that handle payments for paid courses
Email and analytics providers that help us communicate with students and improve our site
